We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we don’t offer returns for unwanted items, we will always put things right if a product is faulty.
If your item is defective

Please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving your order).

Email us at info@easyslabber.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem, and, if possible, a photo.

Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange either:

a replacement product at no extra cost, or

a full refund (including standard delivery charges).

Condition of return

The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products.
